Risk disclosure

Smart-contract risk. Playlist vaults custody pooled tokens. The contracts are immutable, but no code is risk-free.

Market risk. Playlist tokens track volatile equities. Returns shown are historical, net of fees, and are not predictions or advice.

Issuer risk. Tokenized stocks are issued by a third party that can pause or block transfers of a token. A paused stock can disrupt one-click buys and sells for the playlists that hold it; in-kind redemption of the other stocks continues.

Liquidity risk. One-click trades swap through Uniswap v4 pools that can be thin. Price impact is shown before you sign, and your minimum is enforced on-chain.

Regulatory risk. Tokenized securities sit in an evolving regulatory landscape. Curators are not licensed advisers. A one-time risk attestation is required before transacting.

Terms of use

Playlist is an interface to open-source smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. By using it you accept the fee schedule of each playlist (entry ≤ 3%, management ≤ 3% a year, exit ≤ 1%, with 10% of curator fees going to the protocol) and acknowledge that transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain.

The interface is provided as is. The vaults operate autonomously: you can always redeem in-kind by calling the contract directly, even if this site is down.

Tokenized stocks are not the underlying shares: they carry no shareholder rights. Nothing on this site is an offer or a solicitation to buy securities, and nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.

Privacy

We store no personal data beyond what you give us: your wallet address when you sign a playlist thesis, and your email if you join the newsletter. We use no advertising trackers. On-chain activity is public by nature.

The watchlist and your risk attestation are kept in your browser only.
